Europe’s first rare earth metal processing plant has been proposed. And it’s in Hull.

With the majority of the world’s rare earth metals coming from China, it was inevitable that other countries would eventually develop their own supply lines. Pensana Rare Earths have taken the first step towards this in Europe, proposing a $125m plant in Hull.
